Our cuisine offers a harmonious blend of Southeast Asian flavors, featuring both traditional and innovative dishes.
I have known stoney n Jane since the 80's when I entertained many business associates & friends at their Restaurant, 'T'ANG' in London's Chelsea.
Tang was unique in many ways. The Food was always stunning,
The place had a stylish, laid back & relaxing atmosphere & was lots of fun.
Plus it was, great to see 2 young women be so successful.
The place was always abuzz with energy and life, their customers came from all over the world & they were never disappointed.
In 1990, they moved to LA & opened 2 places & eventually opted instead to feed cast and crews of many TV Shows.
Whenever I'm in LA, I get them to cook for me & trust them implicitly. Stoney's menu choices. are always perfect for whatever occasion.
Their food is so fresh, so delicious, yet simple. Stoney has a knack for crossing boarders & uses her Chinese/ Indonesian roots w a little European thrown in , to put a new spin in your taste buds.
